Uplifter is a fast-growing SaaS platform powering thousands of sports organizations across North America, from community clubs to national governing bodies and world championship events. Our system handles millions of registrations, memberships, payments, and compliance workflows each year.

We are entering a major modernization phase and building a high-performing engineering hub in Vancouver. This is a unique opportunity to influence architecture, scale complex systems, and contribute to a platform used by millions.

We're looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to help build the next generation of Uplifter's platform. This is a hands-on engineering role focused on delivering frontend features using existing and new  systems, it will also involve architectural improvements, performance optimizations, reusability patterns, developing and maintaining a component library. Our stack includes: React, Redux, TypeScript, RTK Query, i18next, Tailwind CSS.

You will join a great and highly skilled team of BE, FE and QA engineers and will work closely with our Engineering Lead and Product managers to modernize core systems, and deliver high-impact features for sports clubs, federations, and national organizations across North America.

• Develop and maintain frontend projects using React.

• Design and implement features.

• Fix production bugs.

• Contribute to architectural modernization and reusability.

• Improve performance.

• Collaborate with product managers, QA, and fellow engineers in a hybrid environment.

• 4+ years of frontend engineering experience.

•  Computer Science or Equivalent Degree  

• Strong expertise with React.

• Experience designing and implementing production-level features.

• Solid understanding of frontend tools and best practices.

• Experience in bug research and fixing.

• Experience with our stack and a deep understanding of JS.

• Experience reviewing code and mentoring developers.

• Experience in FullStack development and/or a very good understanding of software development end-to-end.

• Strong problem-solving capabilities and technical judgment.

• Clear communicator with a collaborative, ownership-driven mindset.

• Salary $105-$115 K CAD Annual
