The intern will be responsible for supporting the team in the analysis, optimization, and control of materials used in the manufacturing and assembly of aerospace components.
Responsibilities- Analyze existing manufacturing processes and propose improvements to optimize productivity and quality.
- Assist in defining, documenting, and validating manufacturing methods (work instructions, process sheets, procedures).
- Participate in the implementation and industrialization of new aerospace parts.
- Ensure process compliance with aerospace and quality standards (AS9100).
- Collaborate with production, quality, maintenance, and engineering teams to resolve technical issues.
- Participate in resolving non-conformities and in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage technical documentation and process changes.
- Perform other related tasks associated with production processes and optimization.
- Student in a Technical Diploma (DEC) in Metallurgy or Materials Science, or
- Student in a Bachelor’s degree in Materials Engineering and/or Metallurgical Engineering.
