We are seeking a
results-driven Sales Executive
to join our growing team. In this office-based role, youll be the first point of contact for leads interested in purchasing or renting HBOT chambers and related wellness technology. Your primary focus will be converting enquiries into confirmed sales while delivering an outstanding customer experience. Key Responsibilities
Contact, qualify, and follow up warm leads via phone, email, and in-person enquiries
Conduct structured sales consultations, explaining features, benefits, and specifications of HBOT chambers
Manage objections professionally and confidently
Educate potential clients on product options, pricing, and aftercare services
Close sales, process orders, and secure deposits
Maintain accurate records in the CRM and track pipeline activity
Collaborate with technical and support teams to ensure smooth installations and customer satisfaction
Target Customers
Your focus will be on a diverse range of customers, including: Home buyers
looking to integrate wellness tech into daily life
Clinics and wellness centres
investing in advanced recovery solutions
Sports teams and athletes
seeking performance and recovery support
Rehabilitation & training facilities
seeking equipment solutions that improve patient outcomes
Clients interested in chamber rental, purchase, training, or servicing
These customers value quality, safety, education, and expert support
and you will help them make confident, high-value purchase decisions. What Were Looking For
Proven sales experience
ideally with high-value products or technical equipment
Excellent communication and persuasive skills
Confident over the phone and in face-to-face sales interactions
Ability to handle complex enquiries and objections with composure
Strong organisation and follow-up discipline
A positive, energetic attitude and hunger to win business
Compensation
£15 per hour base pay
5% commission per chamber sale
(uncapped)
Additional incentives may apply based on performance
Example earnings potential: 3 chamber sales/month
£1,500 in commission
5 chamber sales/month
£2,500+ in commission
Plus hourly pay
