Required Skills and Qualifications:
Detecting violations of immigration laws : Be able to detect people suspected of violating immigration law. Recognize signs that indicate an illegal entry has occurred or is about to occur . You must also be willing to take charge when dealing with situations requiring sound judgments under stress .
- Interpreting marks , tracks & other physical evidence .
- Maintaining surveillance from covert positions using infrared scopes at night , performing farm checks , building checks etc .
This combination rule may also apply : One (1) year of general work experience OR a Bachelor ' s degree with superior academic achievement in any field leading to a bachelor ' s degree from an accredited college / university.
