Job Title: Border Patrol Agent
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Border Patrol Agent. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for detecting and questioning individuals suspected of violating immigration laws, inspecting documents and possessions to determine citizenship or violations, preventing and apprehending undocumented noncitizens and smugglers of noncitizens at or near the borders by maintaining surveillance from covert positions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- The ability to make sound judgments in stressful situations
- A bachelor's degree with superior academic achievement OR one full year of graduate-level education in a field related to law enforcement
- At least 1 year of specialized work experience that shows skills necessary to deal effectively with people in connection with law enforcement matters
Benefits:
We offer an excellent compensation package including salary ranges $49,739 - $89,518 per year depending on locality pay. You may also qualify for up to an additional 25% of base pay per the BPA Pay Reform Act.
