Protect American Interests as a Customs and Border Protection Officer
Job Description:
As a valued member of the Department of Homeland Security workforce, you will play a critical role in safeguarding America's borders, deterring illicit activity, and enhancing economic prosperity. As a Customs and Border Protection Officer (CBPO), your daily mission is to protect the American people by enforcing customs, immigration, and agriculture laws.
- Safeguard national security by preventing illegal entry into the United States.
- Enforce customs regulations to ensure compliance with U.S. trade laws.
- Detect and prevent smuggling operations that compromise national security.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
To be successful in this position, you must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong analytical thinking abilities are also essential for making sound decisions based on complex information. You should have previous experience working with diverse groups of people from various backgrounds. Additionally, proficiency in Spanish or other languages spoken along the U.S.-Mexico border is highly desirable.
