Redditch - 38 hours per week - Competitive Salary - Office-based with occasional travel About the Role Are you detail-driven, organised, and passionate about quality? We are looking for a Quality Assurance Administrator to support and maintain our Quality Management System (QMS) and help ensure our products and processes consistently meet internal, customer, and regulatory standards. This is a key role where you will take ownership of Returns (RMA) and Defect (DMR) processes — from first contact through to resolution — while working with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement across the business. Key Responsibilities * Manage returns process across Redditch and Ashchurch sites * Maintain accurate records for returned or rejected items * Use ERP systems to analyse and report performance (Epicor desirable) * Support smooth data integration across teams * Coordinate inspections and rework activities * Ensure products meet ISO 9001 before re-entering stock * Arrange and track return logistics * Manage calibration schedules and equipment records * Maintain calibration certificates and documentation * Liaise with external providers and investigate discrepancies * Support compliance with quality and safety regulations * Act as a key contact for customer returns and queries * Assist with internal and external audits * Suggest improvements to boost efficiency and customer satisfaction About You You are: * Proactive and adaptable * Highly organised with strong attention to detail * Results-driven and resourceful * Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders * Keen to learn and grow Skills & Experience Essential * ERP system experience (Epicor advantageous) * Knowledge of ISO 9001 or similar standards * Strong organisational and communication skills * High accuracy in data entry and documentation * Confident with Microsoft Office and QMS systems * Flexible and able to meet deadlines Desirable * Quality, compliance, or administrative background * Experience in regulated or electronics environments * Knowledge of ISO 13485, AS9100, IATF * Audit support experience Benefits 26 days holiday + bank holidays/Annual Profit Share Scheme/Salary Sacrifice Pension/4x Salary Death in Service/Healthcare plan & Employee Assistance Programme/Wellbeing app & discount schemes/Cycle to Work Scheme & EV Salary Sacrifice Scheme/Employee Share Scheme (after 12 months) Why Join Us?
