We run a successful wall art e-commerce store on Shopify that's been in business since 2018, serving 500,000+ customers. We spend $1M+ annually on Google Ads with a $180 average order value. Our traffic is solid — our conversion rate is not. We're currently at ~0.86% and need someone who can move that needle significantly.
What We Need
We're looking for a hands-on Shopify CRO specialist who can audit our store, identify what's killing conversions (especially on mobile), and implement changes that drive measurable improvements in both conversion rate and average order value.
Conversion Rate Optimization
Full audit of our product pages, landing pages, collection pages, and checkout flow
Mobile UX improvements (majority of our traffic is mobile)
A/B testing strategy and execution
Page speed optimization
Trust signals, social proof, and review placement optimization
Headline and copy improvements on key pages
Average Order Value & Upsell Strategy
Implement or optimize upsell and cross-sell flows (cart page, post-purchase, product page)
Bundle strategy recommendations specific to wall art
"Complete the look" or room-based recommendations
Shipping threshold optimization to encourage larger orders
Strategic use of quantity discounts or multi-piece deals
Ideal Candidate
Proven track record improving conversion rates on Shopify stores (show us the numbers)
Experience with home decor, art, or visually-driven product categories is a strong plus
Familiar with tools like Google Analytics 4, Hotjar/Lucky Orange, Google Optimize or equivalent A/B testing tools
Can work with our existing Google Ads traffic — we don't need more traffic, we need more buyers
Data-driven approach with clear reporting on what's working
