I need an experienced WordPress + Elementor developer to update my existing website to meet A2P 10DLC SMS compliance requirements for carrier registration.
This is NOT a redesign. This is a compliance and form-logic update.
Scope of Work
Update all contact / lead capture forms on my WordPress site (built with Elementor)
Add two OPTIONAL SMS opt-in checkboxes (not required fields)
Ensure the checkbox language matches carrier-required A2P 10DLC wording exactly
Add Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions links directly beneath the checkboxes
Ensure checkbox consent is properly captured and stored (submission data visible)
Verify the forms remain functional and styled correctly after changes
Confirm compliance readiness for A2P 10DLC carrier review
Specific Requirements
Forms are built using Elementor
Checkboxes must be optional
Language must meet carrier A2P 10DLC standards
No impact to current form submissions or integrations
Must understand SMS compliance / TCPA / A2P basics
Fast turnaround preferred
Deliverables
Live website with updated forms
Confirmation that all required forms were updated
Brief confirmation message when complete
Bonus (not required but preferred)
Prior experience with A2P 10DLC, Twilio, SMS marketing compliance, or lead-gen sites
Ability to sanity-check compliance language placement
Contract duration of less than 1 month. with 30 hours per week.
