Looker Studio Dashboard Updates for GA4 Integration

This is not a new build. The dashboard is live and functioning. We need to add a new executive-level section focused specifically on user-level metrics (not page-level or content-level data).
The new section must report metrics by user, not by page, URL, or content performance.
We want this section to include:
1. Current month total users
2. Month-over-month comparison (with % change)
3. Year-over-year comparison (with % change)
The goal is to present a clean, high-level view of overall user growth that a non-technical client can easily understand. It should be visually clear, accurate, and properly configured using GA4 date comparisons inside Looker Studio.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of GA4 user metrics (Users vs Active Users vs New Users, etc.)
- Experience building user-focused reports rather than page/content reports
- Deep familiarity with Looker Studio date comparison features
- Ability to modify an existing dashboard without disrupting current data sources
- Clean, executive-style design (simple and readable)

- Examples of Looker Studio dashboards you've built or modified
- Confirmation that you're comfortable working within an existing GA4-connected report
- Estimated turnaround time
This should be a straightforward update for someone experienced with GA4 and Looker Studio.
Contract duration of less than 1 month.
