About Stitch
Stitch is Hong Kong's rising FashionTech innovator, modernising the bespoke tailoring industry with a clean, AI-powered CRM and BI platform built specifically for tailors.
We help traditional tailoring houses move from paper notebooks and spreadsheets to a smart, beautifully designed digital system that actually matches their workflow. Already trusted by shops in Bangkok and now entering Hong Kong, Stitch is expanding fast, and we're looking for someone who can grow with us.
This is your chance to join a product at the start of its Hong Kong chapter, help tailors modernise, and become a key part of Stitch's presence in the city.
Your Mission
You will be both the face of Stitch in Hong Kong and the trusted guide for local tailors, helping them adopt the platform, supporting them day-to-day, and identifying new shops that would benefit from Stitch.
You'll combine sales, onboarding, and customer success, ensuring tailors feel confident, supported, and excited to use the platform.
What You'll Do
1) Sales & Business Development
Identify tailor shops and fabric suppliers in Hong Kong that could benefit from Stitch
Conduct outreach through visits, calls, WhatsApp, and email
Provide live demos (in person or online)
Explain Stitch's value clearly to non-technical business owners
Help convert leads into paying clients
Maintain local relationships and act as Stitch's representative on the ground
2) Customer Success & Support
Onboard new tailor shops with structured walkthroughs
Migrate client data from Excel, WhatsApp exports, Google Sheets, or handwritten records
Train users in simple, accessible Cantonese or English
Provide day-to-day support via WhatsApp, email, or short video calls
Solve user questions and escalate technical issues to the dev team when needed
Track client satisfaction and proactively prevent problems
Document common issues and suggest UX or workflow improvements
Visit shops occasionally when hands-on support is needed (transport reimbursed)
3) Operations & Collaboration
Maintain accurate CRM notes and pipeline information
Work closely with the founder and product team to relay real feedback
Support product testing for Hong Kong-specific workflows
Represent Stitch at events or tailor meet-ups when relevant
What You Bring
Native Cantonese (必需) and strong English
Based in Hong Kong with strong awareness of local culture and etiquette
Confident communicator: warm, patient, and clear
Experience in sales, SaaS, CRM, onboarding, or customer support
Ability to explain technology to traditional or non-technical business owners
Self-motivated, reliable, and comfortable working independently
Highly organised with strong follow-through
Bonus (not required):
Experience in tailoring, menswear, or fabric
Familiarity with POS/CRM systems
Network in HK retail or fashion sector
