To be created (4 pages):
1. Offer / Pricing Page – a clear membership offer without complex pricing tiers, easy to
understand, trustworthy and conversion-optimized. Structure: content available immediately
after sign-up, new content released monthly, plus additional experience packages every few
months. Includes a toggle switch between monthly and annual subscription, highlighting the
price advantage of the annual plan.
2. Checkout Page – clean, minimal, without distractions. Technical setup: WooCommerce +
SureMembers + Stripe.
3.
"How it works" Page – clear step-by-step explanation: sign-up → immediate access →
how to use the audio stories → how to use the parent insights and downloads.
4. Member Area / Library –
"My Library" / "All Adventures"
. Tile or card-based overview of all
episodes (cover, title, short description), default sorting: newest first, optional sorting by
"popular" or A–Z, search function and filters/categories (e.g. emotions, nature, science,
everyday situations). Individual episode page with integrated audio player (streaming),
description, download section (PDFs) and integration into the private podcast feed.
AUDIO & TECH
Audio files provided as MP3 (streaming + private RSS feed). I need to be able to upload files
and assign episodes myself. Audio should stream directly inside the member area and also
be usable via the private podcast feed.
PRIVATE PODCAST FEED (RSS)
Each member receives a personal feed link (e.g. for Apple Podcasts or Spotify). New
episodes should automatically appear in the feed once published.
MEMBER CONTENT
Members get access to all audio adventures, parent bonus content and supporting PDF
downloads (conversation prompts, small experiments, coloring pages, explorer cards).
UX / DESIGN
Calm, clean, high-quality, family-oriented, warm. Mobile-optimized, very simple navigation,
as few clicks as possible to start an episode.
SELF-MANAGED CONTENT (IMPORTANT)
The structure must allow me to manage and add content independently: clear workflow for
creating new episodes, easy upload of audio and PDFs, editable categories, filters and
search terms, reusable templates for overview and episode pages.
PUBLIC PREVIEW
A visual mockup/preview of the library (2–3 example episodes) on the public website.
OPTIMIZATION OF EXISTING PAGES (4–6 pages)
Homepage, About page and existing content pages. Focus: UX improvements, readability,
mobile layout, visual consistency and brand look in a calm, warm style.
MOTION / ANIMATION
Very subtle, calm motion elements (e.g. small Lottie animations such as Purrkin blinking or
gentle icon movement). Maximum of 1–2 slightly more dynamic highlight areas. Not
distracting and fully mobile-optimized.
Its important that the project gets hand over so I can work on the page indecently and do updates and changes by myself.
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months.
