We're Looking for a Senior Webinar Copywriter Who Has Already Generated $1M+ From Live Webinars
This is not an entry-level role. This is not a virtual assistant role. This is not a "learn webinars on the job" role.
We're looking for a proven, senior-level webinar copywriter and conversion strategist who has already:
- Written webinar scripts that have generated $1M+ in attributable revenue
- Achieved 40%+ attendance rates and 10%+ backend close rates consistently
- Built complete webinar funnels end to end — registration pages, email sequences, pitch decks, post-webinar follow-up — and can show the numbers to prove they worked
- Managed webinar campaigns where they were personally responsible for 3x+ ROAS on date-of-click
If you can't point to specific webinar campaigns you wrote and the revenue they generated, this isn't the right role. No exceptions.
WHO WE ARE
Post Ghosts has generated 4B+ content impressions and $10M/year in revenue for our clients across direct response marketing. We work with established brands and expert-level offers in the coaching, consulting, and education space.
We are not a startup figuring things out. We have proven offers, proven audiences, and proven traffic. What we need is a world-class webinar copywriter to step in and own the conversion mechanism that turns that traffic into consistent million-dollar months.
WHAT THIS ROLE ACTUALLY IS
You are the copywriter and conversion architect behind every webinar we run. Your job is to write the words and build the strategy that makes people register, show up, stay, and buy.
Specifically, you will:
Write the full webinar presentation script — the hook, the teaching, the transition, the pitch, the close, and the stack. The client shows up and presents your script.
Write all webinar funnel copy — registration pages, confirmation pages, upsell pages, downsell pages, and order bump copy.
Write all pre-webinar and post-webinar email and SMS sequences — the warmup, the show-up sequences, the post-webinar follow-up, the urgency sequences, and the encore sequences.
Write all webinar ad copy — the hooks, the angles, the headlines, and the body copy for paid traffic campaigns driving registrations.
Develop webinar angles and concepts — identifying the right topic, the right hook, the right timing based on seasonal triggers, market awareness, and prospect psychology.
Build the post-webinar retargeting and conversion strategy — what happens after the webinar to maximize backend revenue over 7, 14, and 30 days.
Run post-webinar analysis on every campaign — breaking down registration rate, attendance rate, watch-through rate, pitch engagement, application rate, close rate, and ROAS, then presenting what worked, what didn't, and what you're changing next time.
Build SOPs and repeatable systems so that the webinar mechanism becomes more efficient and scalable over time.
To be clear: this is a copywriting and conversion strategy role. You will not be managing tech stacks, configuring Zoom integrations, building pixel tracking, or doing project management. We have operations and tech people for that. Your job is the words, the strategy, and the conversion architecture.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS — READ THESE CAREFULLY
You must meet every single one of these to be considered:
You have written webinar scripts that have generated at least $1M in total revenue. You can name the campaigns, the offers, and the results.
You have personally built webinar funnels (registration pages, email sequences, pitch decks) that achieved 3x+ ROAS.
You have at least 2 years of professional experience writing direct response copy for webinars, challenges, or live selling events.
You are a native or fluent English speaker. Our webinars are in English for English-speaking audiences and the copy must be indistinguishable from a native speaker.
You can work full-time with significant overlap with US Eastern Time business hours.
You can provide a portfolio or case studies with actual metrics — not just screenshots of copy, but the results that copy produced.
If you do not meet all of these requirements, please do not apply. We will not consider applications that do not demonstrate proven webinar copywriting results.
WHAT WE OFFER
$5,000 to $10,000/month base compensation depending on experience, plus performance-based commission tied directly to webinar revenue. Top performers in this role will earn $10,000 to $20,000+/month total.
Unlimited education budget. If a course, book, coaching program, or mastermind will make you a better webinar copywriter, we will buy it for you. We have spent tens of thousands on team education and we are not slowing down.
Direct mentorship from Devin McPaul, who has generated $10M+ in attributable revenue from direct response marketing.
Complete creative ownership of the webinar conversion mechanism. You are not taking orders. You are the strategist and the writer. You make the calls on angles, hooks, scripts, and sequences.
Real-time performance feedback. Every webinar you write gets immediate market feedback through live attendance and revenue data. This is the fastest feedback loop in copywriting.
Access to 4B+ impressions of audience data to inform your copy decisions.
Work from anywhere with schedule flexibility as long as you maintain overlap with US Eastern business hours.
Equipment stipend for your ideal work setup.
Twice per year fully paid team meetups worldwide.

APPLICATION PROCESS
Our hiring process has four stages:
1. Submit your application with complete answers to every question below.
2. Complete a video interview with our leadership team.
3. Complete a paid trial project where you write a webinar script and funnel for one of our actual offers. This is a paid project, not free spec work.
4. Receive a full-time offer if we're a great mutual fit.
APPLICATION QUESTIONS
Answer every question completely. Incomplete applications will not be reviewed.
1. Link your portfolio or attach case studies showing webinar copy you have written and the results it produced. We want to see the actual copy AND the metrics — registrants, attendance rate, close rate, revenue, and ROAS. If you do not have documented webinar results, this role is not the right fit.
2. Walk us through your single most successful webinar campaign from start to finish. What was the offer? What was the hook? What was your registration strategy? What did the pitch structure look like? What was the attendance rate, close rate, and total revenue? What would you change if you ran it again?
3. What is your process for writing a webinar script? Walk us through how you go from a blank page to a finished presentation, step by step.
4. What is the last webinar, course, or book that meaningfully changed how you think about live selling and webinar conversion? What specifically did you change in your work as a result?
5. What is your biggest weakness as a webinar copywriter right now, and what are you actively doing to fix it?
6. What is your current monthly income, and what monthly income would make this role a no-brainer for you?
7. When can you start full-time?
8. What days and hours work best for you in US Eastern Time?
9. What questions do you have for us?
ONE FINAL NOTE
We wrote this listing to be direct and specific because we respect your time. If you're a senior webinar copywriter who has generated real revenue and you're looking for a role where you have complete creative ownership, unlimited resources to grow, and uncapped earning potential — this is that role.
If you read this and thought "finally, a company that actually knows what they want and will let me do my best work" — apply now.
We're excited to meet you.
Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 40 hours per week.
