Description:
We need an experienced WordPress performance specialist to diagnose and fix caching issues causing FOUC (Flash of Unstyled Content) on our site.
Tech stack:
• WordPress
• Elementor
• LiteSpeed Cache
•
• Jetpack
Simply toggling settings hasn't resolved the issue. We're looking for someone who can properly identify the root cause (critical CSS, async/defer conflicts, server-level caching, etc.) and implement a clean, stable, long-term solution.
Scope:
• Fix FOUC and caching conflicts
• Optimize CSS/JS delivery
• Improve Core Web Vitals (LCP, CLS, INP)
• Ensure proper LiteSpeed + configuration
• Audit plugin conflicts and unnecessary scripts
• Deliver measurable speed improvements (desktop & mobile)
Goals:
• Eliminate caching-related visual issues
• Improve PageSpeed Insights and GTmetrix scores
• Create a stable, scalable performance setup (not temporary fixes)
We're looking for someone who understands performance at a systems level, not just plugin settings.
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months. with 30 hours per week.
