PM / Estimator

We are hiring a Project Manager / Estimator to lead custom home and residential renovation projects from preconstruction through final delivery. This role combines detailed estimating, project coordination, and on-site oversight to ensure high-quality builds are completed on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in custom home construction or residential renovations and understands how to balance cost control, scheduling, and client communication throughout the project lifecycle.

• Prepare detailed estimates, quantity takeoffs, and proposals for custom homes and renovation projects

• Manage projects from design development and permitting through construction and closeout

• Coordinate subcontractors, trades, inspections, and material deliveries

• Track project schedules, budgets, job costs, and change orders

• Conduct site visits to monitor workmanship, safety compliance, and project progress

• Review and interpret residential construction drawings and specifications

• Communicate effectively with homeowners, designers, and internal teams

• Maintain organized project documentation and reporting

• Experience in custom home building or residential renovation project management and estimating

• Strong understanding of residential construction methods, sequencing, and cost control

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Solid organizational, scheduling, and budgeting skills

• Ability to read and interpret residential construction drawings
