We're building BudoBoost — a conversational AI website builder positioned as a Creator OS.
Users:
Generate websites through chat (Flow)
Remix proven layouts from a library (Dojo)
Publish their site live for a small fee
We currently have 260+ users actively creating sites.
Now we need to convert more of them.
The Problem We're Solving
Users are building.
They are not publishing.
We need help increasing:
Publish conversions (draft → live)
Repeat builds (additional Flow sites)
Credit purchases
This is not a traffic problem.
This is a psychology problem.
This Is NOT a Generic Marketing Role
We are not looking for:
SEO
Paid ads
Social media management
Brand redesign
Surface-level copywriting
This is a focused conversion psychology engagement.
What We're Looking For
Someone who deeply understands:
Behavioral psychology
Conversion psychology
Decision friction
Commitment triggers
Identity-based positioning
Microcopy optimization
SaaS monetization psychology
We want insight at the decision moment — where users hesitate before paying.
Scope of Work
You will:
Analyze the full user journey
(Homepage → Flow → Publish Panel → Checkout)
Identify psychological friction points
Where do users stall? Why?
Redesign messaging for:
Clarity
Urgency
Ownership
Commitment
Improve CTA language
(Example: "Go Live" → "Publish" — framing matters.)
Optimize confirmation flows to increase paid conversions
Suggest structured experiments:
A/B testing ideas
Copy variations
Positioning shifts
Behavioral triggers
Refine value framing around:
Publishing
Credits
Repeat usage
We already track user behavior.
We want to understand why they stop before paying.
Ideal Candidate
Has worked on SaaS or product-led growth funnels
Understands behavioral economics
(loss aversion, sunk cost, commitment bias, etc.)
Provides structured thinking — not vague opinions
Comfortable reviewing UI flows and microcopy
Bonus: experience with AI products or no-code tools
Deliverables
Written conversion audit
Friction analysis
Messaging & copy recommendations
Flow restructuring suggestions
Prioritized roadmap (highest impact first)
Optional: Ongoing advisory engagement based on results.
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months. with 30 hours per week.
Mandatory skills: Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), User Experience (UX), Funnel Optimization, Behavioral Marketing, A/B Testing, SaaS Marketing, Product-Led Growth, Copywriting (Conversion Copy), Marketing Strategy, Growth Strategy
