We are a growing DTC e-commerce company expanding into Amazon. We sell premium health & skincare products and are ready to dominate this channel — but only with the right partner.
This is not a "set it and forget it" gig. We need someone who can take full ownership of our Amazon presence from Day 1: account setup, product listings, PPC advertising, and scaling to 6-7 figures.
If you've done this before and have the results to prove it, keep reading.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
1. Amazon Seller Account Setup & Management
Set up and configure our Amazon Seller Central account (or optimize existing)
Handle all backend settings, tax settings, shipping templates, and compliance
Ensure account health stays in excellent standing
Navigate brand registry, trademarks, and IP protection
2. Product Listing Creation & Optimization
Create high-converting product listings from scratch
Write compelling, keyword-rich titles, bullet points, and descriptions
Coordinate A+ Content / Enhanced Brand Content creation
Optimize backend search terms for maximum visibility
Conduct thorough keyword research using Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar tools
3. Amazon PPC Advertising
Build and manage Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns
Develop and execute strategic PPC campaigns from launch to scale
Optimize bids, budgets, and targeting for maximum ROAS
Conduct regular search term analysis and negative keyword management
Provide clear, data-driven reporting on ad performance
4. Ranking & Launch Strategy
Develop and execute product launch strategies to rank on page 1
Implement organic ranking tactics (keyword indexing, honeymoon period optimization)
Manage review generation strategies (within Amazon TOS)
Monitor competitor activity and adjust strategy accordingly
5. Scaling & Growth
Identify opportunities to scale winning products
Expand to additional Amazon marketplaces (EU, UK, CA) when ready
Provide strategic recommendations for catalog expansion
Continuously test and improve conversion rates
WHO YOU ARE:
Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on Amazon experience (agency or in-house)
Proven track record of scaling Amazon brands to $50K+/month (show us the receipts)
Expert-level PPC skills — you eat ACoS and TACoS for breakfast
Deep knowledge of Amazon algorithm, A9/A10, ranking factors, and listing optimization
Experience with Helium 10, Jungle Scout, DataDive, or similar tools
Excellent communication — you explain complex things simply and respond within 24 hours
Data-driven mindset — you make decisions based on numbers, not guesses
Self-starter — you don't need micromanagement, you take ownership
Experience in health, wellness, or skincare categories is a big plus
