We are looking for a part-time or full-time provider to continue to grow our practice. This is a place with strong patient flow, real clinical autonomy and an earning potential of $300K. You'll be set up to thrive both professionally and financially.

We value the fresh perspective new graduates bring to dentistry and are committed to helping you succeed from day one. You’ll receive hands-on mentorship, strong clinical leadership, and structured support, including our exclusive New Doctor Bootcamp, led by Dr. AJ Acierno, President of Clinical Operations, during your first week. This immersive training is designed to fast-track your confidence and prepare you to run a successful practice—plus ongoing FREE CE to keep you growing long after week one.

Schedule (days/hours): Monday thru Friday Responsibilities:
Lead the day with purpose – kick off each morning with a team huddle to create alignment for the day.
Practice at the top of your license with clinical autonomy and full support.
Build patient relationships, conduct thorough exams and communicate treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
Empower your team – delegate effectively to team members so you can maximize efficiency and focus on dentistry.
Adhere to ethical and legal standards, following regulatory guidelines and ensuring patient confidentiality.
Qualifications:
DDS or DMD from an accredited school
Active state dental license, CPR Certification, and DEA License (or in process of obtaining)
Controlled Substance License (if required by the state)
Legally authorized to work in the US. Sponsorship available for qualified candidates.
Compensation: Earn over $250,000 per year About:
