Our retail client is seeking a Program Manager to join their team. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for creating and executing omni-channel content marketing programs, ensuring a consistent and optimized customer journey across all touchpoints. In this role, you will collaborate with various teams, including eCommerce, digital marketing, strategic marketing, brand marketing, print marketing, in-store marketing, and promotional programs. You will work to develop high-performing content with a 'create once, publish everywhere' philosophy, translating marketing objectives into creative, inspiring content that focuses on storytelling.
This is a 12 month contract, which will be mainly remote, with possible visits to our client's office, or to their stores in Toronto.
Responsibilities
Strategy & Execution: Translate marketing goals into inspiring content and execute strategies from conception to market across all paid and organic digital and traditional channels.
Project Management: Establish and manage project timelines, deliverables, budgets, and resource requirements while providing regular status updates to stakeholders.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with eCommerce, digital, and brand marketing teams to find innovative ways to incorporate content across channels and ensure a consistent customer journey.
Client & Account Management: Manage requests from internal clients, evaluate requirements, develop omni-channel briefs, and brief creative and production teams to ensure standards are met.
Leadership: Lead meetings to present creative work to stakeholders, advocate for creative integrity, build consensus, and communicate feedback to the project team.
Production Oversight: Collaborate closely with content producers on project requirements to find creative solutions for original video and photography.
Requirements
Education: University education in business/commerce, marketing, or a related field.
Experience: 5–10 years of experience in account management or creative project management within an agency or internal creative team.
Technical Knowledge: Proven experience managing programs for both digital and traditional marketing with a strong understanding of paid media and creative best practices.
Software Proficiency: Expertise in Microsoft Office, Project Management (PM) tools, and workflow systems.
Stand-out Qualifications: 3+ years of production experience, including managing in-house shoots and handling/managing SKUs.
