The Opportunity:
Borderless AI is looking for a highly organized and client-focused Project Manager to manage complex, global client requests and ensure seamless execution across teams, vendors, and time zones. This role blends client-facing coordination, operational leadership, and process development, requiring someone who thrives in fast-moving environments and enjoys solving multifaceted challenges. You will act as a trusted operational partner to clients while building scalable project management practices that strengthen delivery consistency across the organization.
Role and Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of resource for clients' operational needs, including a wide range of global administrative and logistical requests.
Coordination of complex, multi-step tasks across multiple time zones, vendors, or internal teams.
Foster strong client relationships, understanding and anticipating their needs or challenges before they arise.
Track, prioritize and lead multiple projects across the client portfolio.
Ensure excellent client relationships consistent with the Borderless standards.
Develop and maintain a clear project management style documentation process; including workflows, communication channels and establish operational guidelines for the internal team.
Identify opportunities to streamline processes, increase efficiencies and improve client experience.
Serve as an internal advocate for client needs to ensure timely and effective support.
Great candidates will have:
5+ years of experience in project management, operations, client success, or a related field
Strong experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives
Proven client-facing delivery experience
Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills
A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to operate in ambiguity
Experience working across global teams or multiple time zones
PMP or CAPM certification (nice to have)
