Job Summary
The Junior Sales Account Executive supports and develops wholesale customer accounts for socks and underwear. Working closely with Director of sales, Office GM and CSR team, this role combines sales administration, customer relationship management, and mid-level account development.
Essential Duties (including but not limited to):
Wholesale Account Support
Prepare samples and sales materials for customer meetings.
Assist in managing a portfolio of wholesale customer accounts (retailers and distributors and independent sales representatives.
Build and maintain positive relationships with buyers and key contacts where applicable.
Support senior sales executives in account planning, customer meetings, and follow-ups
Sales & Order Management
Monitor repeat orders and seasonal sell-in activity
Sales Growth & Development
Identify opportunities for re-orders, core product growth, and range extensions
Assist with introducing new sock and underwear ranges to existing customers
Product, Range & Pricing Support
Maintain customer-specific price lists, discounts, and trading terms
Assist with seasonal range launches, line sheets, and wholesale catalogues
Ensure product details (fabrications, sizing, packaging) are accurate and communicated clearly
Maintain showroom brand set ups – ensure active catalogues and price list are current.
Perform any other duties as assigned in support of the company's needs and operations.
Experience & Qualifications:
Minimum of 3-5 years job-related experience, ideally in the hosiery and accessories fashion industry.
Walmart experience required. Retail Link and Supplier one/Item 360 preferred.
Retail or apparel industry exposure is an advantage.
Relevant business or sales qualification beneficial but not required.
Strong communication skills and confidence working with business customers.
Good attention to detail, particularly with bulk orders and pricing.
Comfortable managing multiple brands and product ranges.
Reliable, methodical and process driven.
Adaptive to multi-tasking, task urgency and change.
Organized, proactive, and eager to learn sales and account management.
Comfortable using spreadsheets, Exenta and order platforms.
Interest in apparel basics, wholesale selling, and customer relationships.
