We are building a faceless YouTube channel in the bodycam / crime niche and are looking for an experienced video editor for a long-term collaboration.
This is not a beginner position. We are specifically searching for someone who understands the psychology of retention, pacing, and tension within crime content — and who is highly skilled in using music and sound design to elevate storytelling.

What We're Looking For
You have:
* Proven experience editing YouTube videos (preferably in crime, documentary, bodycam, interrogation, or similar niches)
* A strong understanding of viewer retention and pacing
* Advanced skills in music selection, layering, and sound effects (this is a MUST)
* The ability to create tension, atmosphere, and emotional build-up through sound design
* Experience sourcing and working with licensed or copyright-free footage
* Knowledge of YouTube copyright and monetization guidelines
* Professional editing software (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, etc.)
Sound design is EXTREMELY important for this role.
We are not looking for someone who just adds background music — we need someone who understands how to use music and sound effects strategically to build suspense, emphasize moments, and keep viewers watching.

* Faceless YouTube videos
* Bodycam / real crime style storytelling
* Consistent weekly output
* Long-term collaboration (not a one-off project)
* Videos should feel intense, immersive, and highly engaging — not generic or template-based.
To be considered, you must send:
* Portfolio with relevant samples (crime, documentary, interrogation, bodycam style preferred)
* Examples that clearly demonstrate your use of music and sound effects
* Links to live YouTube videos you've edited (if available)
Applications without proof of previous work will not be considered. We need to clearly see the level of quality and style we can expect.
