Title: Graphic Designer Needed for Ongoing MedTech Projects (Monthly Retainer) — $1,000/month
Description
MedTech Momentum is a marketing agency focused on healthcare and medical technology. We produce brand and marketing assets that need to look polished, clear, and credible for B2B MedTech audiences.
We're looking for a designer to partner with us on multiple client projects on a monthly retainer. This is ongoing work, not a one-time assignment.
Monthly retainer / workload
+ $1,000 per month to start
+ Target: ~20 hours per week (steady weekly workflow)
+ We'll review performance after the first month and adjust scope/rate as needed
Typical work includes
+ LinkedIn and social campaign graphics
+ One-pagers, brochures, sell sheets, flyers
+ Pitch decks / sales decks (PowerPoint or Google Slides)
+ Case studies, ebooks, and clean long-form layout
+ Event materials (signage, booth panels, handouts)
+ Template systems (deck templates, social templates)
You're a fit if you…
+ Create clean, modern designs with strong typography
+ Handle presentation design well (story + layout + consistency)
+ Can follow brand guidelines and keep everything consistent
+ Communicate clearly and hit deadlines without chasing
Are comfortable designing for serious, technical, regulated industries
Tools
Figma preferred. Adobe CC is fine. Must be comfortable with PowerPoint and/or Google Slides.

Contract duration of more than 6 months.
