Additionally, we need Appmixer integrated/embedded into our website, so users can access and use automations directly within our product.
Key Responsibilities
Design, build, test, and deploy CRM automation workflows in:
(Integromat)
n8n
Appmixer
Zapier
Implement end-to-end CRM automations (triggers, actions, searches, updates) with clean data mapping and error handling.
Build a custom GoHighLevel CRM integration for Appmixer, including:
Authentication (API key/OAuth if applicable)
Triggers (webhooks/polling where needed)
Actions (create/update/search entities)
Documentation and example flows
Integrate Appmixer into our website/product, including:
Embedding Appmixer UI (or relevant components) inside the web app
Handling authentication/session flow between our app and Appmixer
User/project/tenant separation (multi-user support)
Secure handling of credentials, tokens, and permissions
Basic UI/UX integration so it feels native in our product
Ensure workflows are robust:
Retries, rate-limit handling, deduplication/idempotency
Logging, alerts, and failure recovery
Versioning and environment separation (dev/staging/prod if relevant)
Maintain and extend integrations as CRM requirements evolve.
Required Skills and Experience
Proven experience building automations on , n8n, Zapier, and especially Appmixer.
Strong understanding of API integrations:
REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, pagination
Auth methods (API keys, OAuth2, JWT where relevant)
Experience embedding or integrating third-party automation tools into a web product (Appmixer embedding is a big plus).
Comfortable debugging production workflows and handling edge cases.
Nice to Have
Experience specifically integrating GoHighLevel via API and webhooks.
Light scripting ability (JavaScript/Node) for transformations and custom nodes.
Familiarity with CRMs, pipelines, contacts, opportunities, activities, tags, custom fields.
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months.
