We are looking for an experienced B2B Business Development Manager to grow wholesale and trade sales across multiple premium brands in the UK market.
This role is focused on outbound B2B outreach via email. You will be responsible for sourcing your own leads, building structured outreach systems and generating qualified conversations with retailers and trade buyers.
This is not a basic VA role. We are looking for someone who understands structured B2B sales, positioning and long-term account development.

You will help grow wholesale distribution for all brands currently active in the UK market.
Target Accounts
You will be outreaching to:
• Independent retailers
• Beauty stores
• Organic & health shops
• Gift shops & concept stores
• Delis & fine food shops
• Cafés and restaurants
• Hotels
• Corporate gifting buyers
• HoReCa sector
• Wholesalers and distributors
Responsibilities
• Build a structured B2B outreach system from scratch
• Source qualified leads independently
• Segment leads by sector and brand relevance
• Create personalised outbound email campaigns
• Develop sector-specific messaging
• Track outreach, responses and follow-ups
• Book meetings or open trade accounts
• Maintain CRM and reporting
• Continuously optimise outreach performance
We want someone strategic and commercially sharp, not just someone sending emails.
Requirements
• 5+ years experience in B2B sales or wholesale outreach
• Proven experience generating leads via cold email
• Experience selling to retailers, HoReCa or distributors
• Strong written English
• Ability to build structured systems
• CRM experience
• Results-driven mindset
Bonus if you have:
• Experience in beauty, cosmetics, food or luxury goods
• Experience selling into UK retail
• Experience building outbound sequences

Engagement Structure
Open to:
• Hourly rate + performance bonus
• Commission-based structure
This is a long-term opportunity across multiple brands. You will receive full onboarding, structured training, detailed brand positioning, catalogues, sales assets and continuous support from our team to ensure you are fully equipped to execute outreach at a high level.
Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 40 hours per week.
