We're looking for a TikTok Shop expert who understands the platform beyond basic setup. This role is for someone who knows how to build, optimize, and scale TikTok Shops — especially through affiliates, promotions, and smart product positioning.
This is not a data-entry role. We need strategy + execution.
What You'll Handle
Complete TikTok Shop setup and optimization
Product listing optimization (titles, visuals, bundles, pricing)
Affiliate program setup and creator outreach guidance
Promotions, offers, and bundle structuring
Store optimization for better conversions
Best-practice recommendations based on current TikTok trends
Ideal Candidate
Proven hands-on TikTok Shop experience
Strong understanding of TikTok affiliate ecosystem
Knows what converts on TikTok vs Amazon-style listings
Strategic thinker, not just an executor
Up-to-date with TikTok Shop growth tactics
Nice to Have
Experience working with DTC or eCommerce brands
Case studies or results from past TikTok Shops
Affiliate campaign management experience
