This playbook is a follow-on product to my existing Train-Adjust-Switch System quick reference guide (attached as a style reference). You do not need to match it exactly, but it should feel cohesive with it.
What you're designing (
A professionally designed PDF with this structure:
Cover
How-To section (visually structured, easy to read, you can rearrange content for clarity)
Exercise library (you will need to source the images)
You will use that content to create the finished playbook, and use the quick reference guide as a style direction point.
Must-have:
Clickable navigation (mobile-friendly)
Linked Table of Contents
Internal links from the How-To into each relevant exercise section
Ideally include "Back to contents" links or clear navigation cues
Exercise entries: what each one needs
Each exercise should include:
Start position image
End position image
Exercise title (provided)
Classification label (provided)
Short "why this is chosen" description (provided)
Important: Do not add exercise instructions. The images are the reference, and we want to keep the playbook lean.
Graphics scope
There are about 55 to 60 unique exercises that need visuals.
Each needs start + end, so roughly:
110 to 120 total position images
If the same exercise appears more than once with only a cue change (tempo, lower load, etc.), it should reuse the same images.
These links show the visual style I want for the exercise graphics:
Licensing requirement (commercial use)
You can either:
Create the graphics yourself, or
Source them from libraries you have rights to use
Either way, all graphics must be commercially distributable, with appropriate permissions/licenses.
Accuracy + revisions
Exercise images must accurately depict the correct setup and movement. If an image does not match the exercise, revisions will be required to correct it.
Deliverables
Final screen-optimized + print-ready PDF
Editable source files (Figma/InDesign/Illustrator/etc.)
Exported image assets (organized)
Working internal links and navigation

Estimate for the project
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months. with 30 hours per week.
