We are looking for an experienced Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team. The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with a strong background in sales, specifically outbound. This person will be responsible for making initial contact with potential clients, generating leads, and setting the stage for our Account Executive to close deals. The role requires a data-driven mindset, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record in sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, emailing, and direct messaging.
Script Development: Create and refine scripts for cold outreach to ensure effectiveness and consistency.
CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all lead interactions in the CRM system, ensuring data is up-to-date and accessible.
Initial Contact: Engage with leads with the goal to get them to do an initial consultancy process.
Follow-Up: Execute follow-up strategies to nurture leads and keep them engaged.
Reporting: Track and report on key metrics related to lead generation and outreach activities.
Collaboration: Cross collaborate with teams for a smooth transition.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in a similar role, with a proven track record of success in sales and lead generation.
Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive decision-making.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with potential clients.
Sales Techniques: Proficient in cold calling, emailing, and direct messaging with a high success rate.
CRM Proficiency: Experience with CRM systems and maintaining accurate records.
Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet in a fast-paced environment.
Education: While a degree in sales, marketing, or a related field is advantageous, relevant experience and a proven track record are highly valued.
-Adaptability: Ability to adapt to new tools and technologies as needed. Familiarity with Notion is a plus.
Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 30 hours per week.
