We're looking for a senior GoHighLevel Staff Engineer to own and scale the technical backbone of our sales and automation systems.
This role is for someone who doesn't just "build workflows," but architects systems, optimizes performance, and proactively recommends improvements to help the business grow.

Time Commitment
• 40 hours per month
• Ongoing / long-term role
• Flexible schedule, but responsive communication required

Core Responsibilities
• Design, build, and maintain complex GHL workflows
• Architect scalable automations across:
• Pipelines
• Calendars
• Triggers
• Webhooks
• Custom fields & tags
• Manage and optimize third-party voice AI systems, including:
• n8n
• Vapi
• Twilio
• Improve call flows, routing, retries, and handoffs
• Debug automation failures and latency issues
• Optimize system performance and reliability
• Document workflows and system logic clearly

Strategic & Growth Responsibilities
• Proactively identify technical bottlenecks
• Recommend automation and AI improvements
• Suggest new systems to:
• Increase appointment show rates
• Improve agent productivity
• Reduce operational overhead
• Partner with leadership to support growth initiatives
• Act as the technical brain behind sales operations

Technical Requirements (Must Have)
• Advanced GoHighLevel experience (required)
• Experience building complex, multi-step workflows
• Strong webhook and API integration experience
• Hands-on experience with:
• n8n
• Vapi
• Twilio
• Voice AI optimization experience (latency, routing, retries)
• Strong debugging and systems-thinking skills
If you only build basic workflows or funnels, this role is not a fit.

Nice to Have
• Experience with insurance, Medicare, or appointment-based sales
• Familiarity with call centers or high-volume outbound systems
• AI prompt engineering experience
• Data tracking, attribution, and reporting experience

We're looking for a long-term technical partner, not a one-off contractor.
Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 30 hours per week.
