This is not just a funnel build — I need a clean agency infrastructure and a repeatable framework for future client sub-accounts.
Phase 1 – Agency Setup
• Configure agency structure & permissions
• A2P 10DLC registration & LC Phone/Twilio setup
• Email deliverability setup (SPF, DKIM, SMTP/Mailgun)
• Ensure SMS & email compliance and deliverability
Phase 2 – Automation & Snapshot
• Pipeline stages & opportunity tracking
• Instant lead response (SMS & email)
• Follow-up nurture workflows
• Missed-call text-back automation
• Appointment booking & reminders
• No-show & reactivation sequences
Phase 3 – Client Sub-Account System
• Create repeatable onboarding structure
• Snapshot deployment for new client accounts
• Lead routing & notification setup
• Documentation or checklist for onboarding
• System should support ongoing deployment of new sub-accounts using snapshots
This system will support high-intent leads generated from Meta ads and funnels for local service businesses.
The focus is speed-to-lead, automation, and clear pipeline visibility for clients.
Preferred Experience
• Local service lead generation workflows (tree service, contractors, home services, etc.)
• Speed-to-lead automation & response optimization
• Experience supporting multi-client deployments
Please confirm:
• Experience completing A2P registration
• Experience building agency snapshots
• Examples of workflows you have created
• Estimated timeline & total cost
