We are seeking a skilled Meta Advertising Ads Manager to develop and manage our advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram for various clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of optimizing ad performance, increasing engagement, and maximizing ROI. You will be responsible for analyzing campaign data, and making strategic recommendations. If you are passionate about digital marketing and have experience with Meta's advertising tools, we want to hear from you
From a compensation perspective, after you have proven yourself, we can move you to a percentage of spend where your baseline will be your hours worked x hourly rate plus (3.5-5% of total spend managed minus hourly pay total) given as a bonus. So this job has tremendous upside.
Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 10 hours per week.
