This is a focused, expert-level cleanup to improve performance, tighten security, and polish the user experience across key pages (Home, About, Services, Portfolio, Testimonials).

Scope of Work
Design / UX (light redesign)
Improve spacing, typography consistency, alignment, and section flow
Mobile responsiveness polish (menu, spacing, headings, buttons)
Update Elementor global styles (fonts/colors/buttons) for consistency
Speed / Performance
Run baseline performance check and identify bottlenecks
Optimize images (compression + next-gen formats where possible)
Configure caching + basic front-end optimizations (minify/defer where safe)
Reduce unnecessary scripts/plugins (only if confirmed safe)
Security Hardening
Core/plugin/theme updates (safe updates only)
Basic hardening: login protection, disable risky endpoints if needed, security headers where applicable
Malware scan + quick cleanup recommendations if anything suspicious is found
Backup setup/check before changes
Deliverables
Updated live/staging site with improvements applied
Short "What changed" checklist (performance + security + UI)
Before/after performance notes (no unrealistic score promises)
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months.
