Scope (typical work):
GCP IAM: roles, service accounts, org/folder/project policies
Compute: VM management, OS/network troubleshooting
VPC networking: subnets, firewall rules, routes, Cloud NAT/VPN (as needed)
GKE / Kubernetes support (if you have it) — troubleshooting, upgrades, deployments
Cloud Logging/Monitoring: alerts, dashboards, incident triage
Security hardening + best practices, documentation/runbooks
Terraform (preferred) for repeatable changes and config management
Engagement model:
Ongoing support on a monthly retainer or hourly basis
Need reasonable responsiveness for support requests (including occasional urgent issues)
Clear communication + short status updates + clean handover notes
