We are building a dedicated performance creative engine for:
(A) Mortgage Protection (primary focus)
(B) Income protection for truck drivers (secondary focus)
(C) Authority-based IUL education content
We are NOT looking for a general video editor.
We are looking for a Meta-focused performance creative specialist who understands:
• Ad hooks
• Scroll stopping first 3 seconds
• UGC style authenticity
• Emotional retention
• Lead generation objectives
We are currently running paid ad content but also looking to incorporate organic content to optimize our algorithmic reach.
All content will be optimized for Meta.
What you'll be creating:
1. AI-Generated Meta Ad Creatives
• Hyper realistic AI talking head videos
• UGC-style content
• 30–90 seconds
• Built specifically for Facebook & Instagram feeds
2. Hybrid Founder Content (Meta Only)
• Editing real footage of founder
• Strong hook restructuring
• Caption overlays
• Retention pacing
• Native Meta style formatting
Long-term collaboration potential for high performers.
To be considered, your proposal must include:
(I) Two or Three Meta-style ad videos you created (not cinematic reels, not YouTube explainers)
(II) The AI tools you use for:
- Talking head generation
- Voice generation
- Editing
A short answer to this:
If we gave you a script about a homeowner who nearly lost their house due to illness, what would the first three seconds of the Meta AI video ad say to maximize scroll stop?
Proposals that do not follow this format will not be reviewed.
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months.
