Description:
We are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to support our CRM and payments operations. This role involves managing billing profiles, ensuring payment information is entered accurately, and maintaining clean, reliable records across our system.
This position requires someone who is highly organized, careful with sensitive financial data, and proactive in asking questions when something is unclear. Accuracy is critical.
Requirements:
• Must be available to work during US business hours (Mountain Standard Time – MST)
• Extremely detail-oriented with strong accuracy in data entry
• Experience working with CRMs and billing/payment profiles
• Comfortable handling sensitive financial and customer information
• Strong communication skills — must ask questions when unsure rather than guessing
• Ability to follow structured processes and maintain consistency
• Reliable internet connection and professional work environment
Responsibilities:
• Enter and update customer billing profiles in our CRM
• Review payment and billing information for accuracy
• Maintain organized and clean records
• Identify inconsistencies or missing data and flag appropriately
• Follow established internal workflows and compliance standards
Bonus Qualifications (Not Required but Preferred):
• Familiarity with payment processing terminology
• Experience working with merchant accounts or billing systems
• Understanding of what a VAR sheet is (TSYS, payments onboarding, or merchant setup experience is a strong plus)
About You:
You are precise, reliable, and take pride in accuracy. You double-check your work, communicate clearly, and don't make assumptions when handling sensitive billing data.
Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 40 hours per week.
