This role is best suited for someone who enjoys staying organized, managing details, communicating professionally, and helping keep business operations running smoothly. We are looking for a long-term team member who can work independently, stay ahead of tasks, and maintain professionalism when handling sensitive information.
Your responsibilities will include managing calendars and scheduling meetings, handling and organizing email communications, coordinating with clients and team members, preparing reports and summaries, and maintaining structured documentation and digital files. You will also assist with tracking deadlines, managing tasks across projects, conducting online research, organizing spreadsheets, and helping prepare meeting notes or presentations when required.
You should be comfortable using modern business tools such as Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar), project management tools like , and communication platforms such as Slack, Zoom, and WhatsApp. Experience working with CRM systems
We are looking for someone who naturally takes initiative, pays strong attention to detail, communicates clearly in English (both written and spoken), and can manage multiple tasks without constant supervision. The ability to prioritize work, solve problems independently, and maintain confidentiality is very important for this position.
Candidates with additional experience in social media assistance, Canva or light graphic work, automation tools, AI tools, or previous experience supporting business or administrative operations will be considered a strong plus, although not required.
This is a remote full-time opportunity with required availability during USA EST working hours. Reliability, consistency, and long-term commitment are very important for this role.
Compensation for this position is $500 per month.
