We are an established hearing aid brand ) looking to launch and scale a "general authority" YouTube channel. Our goal is twofold:
Create a go-to resource for hearing health (e.g., "Top 10 Hearing Aids for 2026," "OTC vs. Prescription," "AI in Hearing Tech").
Subtly promote our brand through high-value, educational content.
We are looking for a specialist who doesn't just "upload videos" but understands how to engineer growth through keyword research, CTR optimization, and audience retention.
Scope of Work
Content Strategy: Assist in developing a content calendar focusing on "Search-First" topics (Top 10s, Reviews, Comparisons) and "Trend-First" topics (AI advancements, New FDA regulations).
Keyword Research: Identify high-volume, low-competition keywords specifically for 2026 hearing health trends.
Video Optimization (SEO): Craft compelling, high-CTR titles and SEO-rich descriptions.
Metadata & Organization: Manage tags, end screens, cards, and timestamped chapters for Google Search indexing.
Algorithm Management: Analyze retention graphs to suggest pacing improvements for future scripts/edits.
Thumbnail Direction: Provide strategic direction (or execution) for thumbnails that stand out in a competitive medical niche.
Deliverables
3 Videos Per Week: Fully optimized and scheduled.
Weekly Performance Report: Brief summary of what's working and what needs to pivot.
Ongoing Competitor Analysis: Keep us ahead of other major audiology and OTC brands.
Required Experience
Proven Track Record: Experience growing channels in the healthcare, medical device, or tech review space.
SEO Mastery: Deep knowledge of tools like VidIQ, TubeBuddy, or Ahrefs.
YMYL Understanding: Awareness of how Google/YouTube treats "Your Money or Your Life" (health) content to ensure channel safety.
2026 Trends: Familiarity with current tech like AI-powered noise cancellation, Auracast, and the evolving OTC market.
How to Apply
