I'm looking for a highly skilled video editor who can coach me directly and help me level up fast.
This is not a long-term editing contract. I want someone who can:
• Review my raw footage
• Edit 1–2 videos with me live
• Show me professional workflow
• Teach pacing, hooks, storytelling, retention editing
• Help me design templates, transitions, structure
• Critique my edits honestly
I learn fast. I want to become independent quickly.
Expected time: 3–10 hours depending on fit and effectiveness.
Ideal candidate:
• Has edited high-retention YouTube content
• Understands education or finance content
• Can explain why edits work
• Efficient and direct
• Comfortable giving tough feedback
If you've built channels or worked on serious YouTube growth, even better.

This is about building skill, not outsourcing forever.
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months. with 30 hours per week.
