Global Aviation Data Management (GADM) team is responsible for the development, implementation and support of data solutions needed to monitor safety, operational and efficiency KPIs. These includes:
-Managing Data Sharing Programs (IDX, FDX, MCX and ADX)
-Supporting internal and external businesses in their data, reporting and dashboard needs
-Developing a coherent approach to data visualization and analysis
-Ensuring the availability, reliability, and quality of the data and related dashboards through continuous monitoring
You will report to the Head of Data Quality and Analytics and you will be responsible for the application of data science techniques toward the collection, analysis, transformation, and modelling of aviation data for a variety of data projects.
You will build analytical tools that utilize the data pipeline, transform, and load new data sets, to provide actionable insights while maintaining the data secure and accessible.
You may code new programs for ad hoc reports, custom products, and new production jobs while maintaining, improving, and executing existing Python/PySpark models and SQL and/or no SQL scripts.
Support team members in interpreting collected data and categorizing findings.
Analyze large-scale structured and unstructured data; develop deep-dive analysis and machine learning models to drive member value and customer success.
Apply advanced statistical methods such as regression analysis, clustering, factor analysis, time series analysis, and machine learning algorithms. Develop Generative AI and NLP models to uncover patterns and correlations within complex textual datasets.
You have the passion for data processing, data analytics and complex operations and working experience with AWS EC2, S3, EMR, Sagemaker and Snowflak
Experience in Data Science or equivalent exposure to advanced ML, time series or deep learning algorithms for regression, classification, forecasting or clustering problems.
Have at least two years of experience in developing solutions with Python and SQL, ML models, generative AI algorithms, and problem-solving at scale.
Proficient in quantitative, statistical, and programming skills – with experience in data science and analysis as well as initial experience in ML in the form of developing analytical and predictive models.
Applied knowledge of statistical data analysis and visualization. Previous experience with Business Intelligence tools like Tableau or PowerBI, and Experience with aviation data will be an advantage.
Excellent communication skills in English (a must).
