As a member of the IKO ERP team, the ERP Security Analyst is responsible for the design, implementation, and ongoing management of security, access controls, and compliance across enterprise ERP platforms, including JD Edwards , Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations , ,Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and other ERP Applications
This role ensures segregation of duties (SoD) , least-privilege access, regulatory compliance, and secure system operations while supporting business agility.

Compensation: $85,000 - $105,000

WHEN YOU JOIN US YOU WILL BE:
- Design, implement, and maintain role-based security models
- Create and manage security roles, duties, privileges, and user access aligned with business processes (P2P, O2C, R2R, SCM, Manufacturing).
- Define and enforce SoD controls across ERP platforms.
- Perform SoD risk analysis, remediation, and mitigation in collaboration with business and audit teams.
- Support licensing and security implications of ERP user types.
- Support security design during business process transformations .
- Monitor access logs, security events, and suspicious activities.
- Identify vulnerabilities related to authentication, authorization, and data exposure
- Support audits, risk assessments, and compliance initiatives
- Assess the security impact of ERP changes, enhancements, and integrations
- Review and approve ERP user access, role design, and privileged access
- Conduct periodic user access reviews (UARs)
- Document security standards, findings, and remediation plans for ERP systems
- Collaborate with IT Security, ERP functional, and technical teams to enforce least-privilege access
- Monitor and remediate access control violations and policy exceptions
- Identify and resolve system issues to optimize performance.
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- 5+ years of experience in ERP security, IAM, or application security.
- Exposure to multi-ERP landscapes is a strong asset.
- Experience working in large enterprise or global environments .
- Experience with SoD tools and access governance
- Knowledge of Azure security for Dynamics 365 environments
- Knowledge of JDE architecture
- Translating audit and compliance requirements into ERP Application security designs
- Experience supporting internal audits or external audits
- Deep understanding of
- Role-based access control (RBAC)
- Segregation of Duties (SoD)
- ERP business processes (Finance, SCM, Manufacturing)
