This position requires a highly trained professional to safeguard America's borders.

• Identify and interrogate individuals suspected of violating immigration laws while inspecting documents and possessions to determine citizenship status.
• Surveillance is used to detect aliens smuggling contraband at international boundaries during night operations using infrared scopes.

• A high school diploma or equivalent with relevant work experience in border security, law enforcement, or military services;


• The ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing;


• Familiarity with the principles of border protection including knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and policies;


• The capacity for strenuous physical activity and exposure to extreme temperatures;
