This is an exceptional opportunity to join a team of highly trained professionals in the Department of Homeland Security workforce. As a Customs and Border Protection Officer (CBPO), you will play a vital role in safeguarding the nation by enforcing customs, immigration, and agriculture laws.

• You will be responsible for inspecting individuals and conveyances to ensure compliance with regulations.
• You will enforce laws related to importing, exporting, and international shipping.
• You will utilize intelligence techniques and behavior analysis to identify potential threats.
• You will conduct interviews with suspected violators of laws.

Xperience:  A minimum of one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level that includes detaining suspected violators, enforcing customs regulations,etc.
XEducation Substitution:  A master's degree or higher from an accredited college or university;or two years
