Path2 Solutions are seeking Customer Service Advisors for their client’s market-leading delivery company at their hub based in Sunderland.   As a customer service advisor daily responsibilities will include handling inbound customer calls and complaints efficiently, liaising with customers via telephone and email, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, accurately inputting customer details into our system and adhering to standards set out in company handbook.   Benefits: Great location with excellent public transport links Friendly working environment One of the UK’s largest employers Market leading company Weekly pay Employee of the month awards Pay rates: £12.97 per hour   Shifts:  37.5 hours per week between 8am – 6:30pm, Any 5 days Monday – Saturday Rota based
