Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Manage database administration, data consolidation, data analysis, and management reporting. Design tailored database reports to align with requestor’s needs and key business objectives. Perform data queries, extraction, manipulation, and analysis for effective reporting solutions. Oversee customer usage and reporting tools while ensuring the security of various system components. Create comprehensive user guides and provide training on database report usage as needed. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 3 years of professional experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. U.S. Citizenship and the ability to pass a security clearance. 2+ years of experience in data analytics within a call center environment. Preferred experience with Microsoft Power Platform and MicroStrategy. Ability to rapidly learn and adapt to new technologies. Strong attention to detail along with solid critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Tools & Technologies: SKPI / MicroStrategy - For performance metrics and KPI tracking. Amazon Connect - Contact Center Telephony Platform. Microsoft Excel - Essential spreadsheet application. Power BI - For data visualization and dashboard development. Power Apps - To create applications for convenient data entry by Supervisors. Power Automate - To automate daily operational workflows. Home Office Requirements: Internet speed of 25mbps or higher required (50 Mbps for shared connectivity). Check speed at www.speedtest.net. Minimum of 5mbps upload speed. Wired connectivity to the internet via Category 5 or 6 ethernet cable to the home router. A private and secure work area with a reliable power source.
