Job Responsibilities: Demonstrate proficiency in a variety of core technology frameworks and methodologies. Translate complex technical needs into impactful solutions for your team. Influence tools, standards, and workflows to enhance team efficiency. Ensure software meets high standards for quality, security, scalability, and extensibility. Identify Proof-of-Concepts for innovative solutions and provide insightful analysis for decision-making. Communicate effectively regarding risks, trade-offs, and technical considerations. Team Leadership: Guide and motivate interns and junior members informally. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience. 9 to 12+ years of relevant technical experience. Strong grasp of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and design patterns. 3+ years of developing Sitecore solutions/projects. 9+ years in developing enterprise applications using a n-tier architecture with the Microsoft technology stack and .NET framework. 8+ years of .NET development experience, including MVC, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS. 5+ years experience with JavaScript frameworks like React or Angular. Extensive understanding of React components in integrated solutions. 9+ years of SQL Server application development, using T-SQL and stored procedures. 2+ years working with REST APIs. 4+ years in Agile environments. Experience using Azure DevOps (ADO) or Jira for project management and CI/CD. 2+ years building SaaS solutions utilizing Azure services. At least one relevant technology certification. We adhere strictly to ethical practices and integrity. The wage range for this role is between $113,000.00 and $267,500.00 per year, depending on various factors.
