Our dynamic logistics team in Durham, North Carolina is seeking a meticulous Inventory Control Specialist to join our growing operation. In this critical role, you will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our warehouse inventory. Your day-to-day activities will involve conducting cycle counts, investigating discrepancies, and implementing process improvements to minimize stockouts and overages. You will work closely with other warehouse staff, including receiving, shipping, and order fulfillment teams, to ensure seamless material flow. A strong understanding of inventory management systems and a keen eye for detail are essential. This position requires individuals who are comfortable with physical tasks, including regular Lifting of up to 30 pounds, and adherence to strict Safety protocols. You will be provided with the necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to ensure your well-being on the job. We are looking for someone proactive, organized, and committed to upholding the highest standards of inventory accuracy within our fast-paced Logistics environment. The ideal candidate will contribute to efficient warehouse operations and support overall business objectives through precise inventory management. This role offers a stable hourly wage and opportunities for advancement within our company.
