Join our state-of-the-art Distribution Center in San Jose, California, as a Distribution Center Associate! This comprehensive role offers the chance to be involved in various aspects of warehouse operations. You will be responsible for tasks such as receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and shipping merchandise. Flexibility and a willingness to adapt to different tasks throughout the day are key. You will operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and potentially forklifts (certification may be provided). Maintaining a clean and organized workspace is essential for operational efficiency. Your attention to detail will ensure accuracy in all fulfillment processes. We uphold the highest standards of safety , and strict adherence to all safety protocols, including the mandatory use of PPE , is required. This position demands physical stamina, including frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds, standing, and walking for extended periods. Understanding basic warehouse logistics and inventory management principles is beneficial. We are committed to creating a secure and supportive work environment.
