We are seeking enthusiastic Fulfillment Associates to join our team in Seattle, Washington. This role is pivotal in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. You will be an integral part of our e-commerce fulfillment process, contributing to the seamless flow of goods within our logistics network. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders from warehouse inventory.
- Verify order details against items picked to ensure precision.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including appropriate packaging and labeling.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as scanners, pallet jacks, and order pickers safely.
- Participate in inventory management tasks, including cycle counts and stock rotation.
- Adhere to all company safety regulations and utilize required PPE.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and contribute to overall warehouse tidiness.
- Support the efficiency of our logistics and fulfillment operations.
- Perform other assigned duties to assist the team.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a fulfillment, warehouse, or logistics role is beneficial.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks throughout the shift.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures.
- Strong ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting.
- Good communication skills.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift repetitively.
