This role is the backbone of our e-commerce operations, ensuring that customer orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and efficiently. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including order picking, packing, labeling, and staging orders for shipment. Your attention to detail and commitment to speed will be crucial in meeting our daily targets and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. This position involves continuous movement, lifting, and working with various warehouse equipment. We prioritize a safe working environment and require strict adherence to all safety protocols, including the consistent use of appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Pack items securely and efficiently into appropriate shipping containers.
- Label packages accurately for shipment.
- Stage completed orders for outbound logistics.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure order accuracy and product integrity.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Operate warehouse equipment as needed (e.g., pallet jacks, conveyors).
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
- Participate in inventory counts and assist with stock rotation.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a fulfillment or warehouse environment is preferred.
- Ability to perform lifting of up to 40 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity goals.
- Basic understanding of logistics and order fulfillment processes.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
