Join our innovative team as a Fulfillment Associate in Tampa, Florida! We are seeking motivated individuals to contribute to our state-of-the-art warehouse operations. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be involved in various aspects of the order fulfillment process, including picking, packing, shipping, and receiving. This role is essential for the smooth functioning of our logistics and supply chain. You'll be responsible for handling products with care, ensuring order accuracy, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. We value efficiency, teamwork, and a dedication to customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using order sheets or scanners.
- Inspect products for defects and ensure quality before shipping.
- Pack orders carefully, ensuring proper materials and labeling for transit.
- Assist in receiving inbound shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders.
- Stage outgoing shipments and prepare them for carrier pickup.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (e.g., pallet jacks, if trained).
- Adhere strictly to all Safety protocols and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Perform general warehouse upkeep and maintain a clean workspace.
- Contribute to inventory management through cycle counts and stock organization.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment targets.
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience is a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic logistics environment.
- Comfortable with standing, walking, and performing repetitive tasks.
- Capable of regular Lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Demonstrated understanding of workplace Safety best practices.
- Flexibility to work different shifts as needed.
